The shutdown of the cyclic hydrogen compressor inevitably results in a very low hydrogen mixture flow rate; the low-speed pressure relief valve opens, the feed pump stops operating, as does the lean amine liquid pump and the injection pump. All outlet shut-off valves are closed, the main fuel gas supply to the furnace is cut off, the outlet shut-off valve of the new hydrogen compressor is closed, and the return valve closest to the compressor outlet opens.
The circulator stopped, which caused the feed pump to stop, the main burner of the heating furnace to go out, and the new hydrogen generator to stop; The feed pump stops, the outlet flow is very low, and the main pipe isolation valve and control valve close.
If the interlock listens to the feed pump but the pump outlet is not closed, there is a risk of backpressure due to a failed check valve; The shutdown fan of the heating furnace shouldn’t stop, right? It seems that opening the quick-opening air valve doesn’t help; can this speed up the cooling process? The outlet of the new hydrogen machine is closed; if everything returns to automatic mode at each level, there shouldn’t be any major problems, right?
Generally, in diesel hydrogenation, there is no low-speed pressure relief, right?
