Every time the reactor cover needs to be opened due to a shutdown, there are always a few bolts that cannot be removed, and in the end, gas cutting is required to cut them off. This isn’t a good approach either – a single bolt costs over 2,000. I wonder if anyone has encountered this issue; do you have any good methods or experiences to share?
Before installation, clean the bolts thoroughly, apply some graphite oil (graphite powder + lubricant), and then tighten them. They can be removed easily after use without damaging the bolts; you can give it a try

The pre-softening of your reactor during shutdown is not properly controlled; do not rely solely on the temperature of the reactor bed to determine the conditions for pre-softening.

Apply rust prevention measures before installation; cleaning is required once it is removed, so proper anti-corrosion and rust protection are essential. Following the standard procedures for removal should not pose any problems.
Use some anti-adhesion agent when tightening the bolts; ours have never broken
Once, we also used pre-loosening and temperature-measuring equipment; there was still a difference between the remote readings and the actual values. Once, we were also unable to open it; we broke all the bolts using a hydraulic wrench
