Why do the boundary control valves of the high-pressure separator (there are two of them) keep getting clogged? The inlet temperature at high load remains around 40-42°C
The level of ferric ions is always slightly high, but it shouldn’t cause such severe corrosion, right?
You can try adding some corrosion inhibitors to the high-pressure water injection, or else increase the amount of water injected.
It is recommended to disassemble the valve core for inspection; we have previously found that ammonium salt crystals have clogged the valve core
When disassembling and inspecting, make sure to clearly identify what is causing the blockage so that you can come up with a targeted solution
