Our company’s wax oil hydrocracking unit is equipped with a dry gas desulfurization system. The dry gas comes from the unit, is cooled by water cooling, and then undergoes gas-liquid separation in separator tank 1. It enters the desulfurization tower from its bottom; the dried gas exits the tower at the top and goes on to separator tank 2, where further gas-liquid separation takes place. At present, the condensate from this separation tank 1 flows directly through the liquid vent line to the vent tank. I’m not sure where the condensate goes in everyone’s installations I would like to redirect this portion of the condensate to the feed line of the debutanizer. Is that possible?
The pressure in the separation tank 1 is much lower than that on the low-pressure side
What is referred to as low-temperature liquid should be the condensate in the liquid separation tank of the circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower
It is possible; this component is relatively light and has a high sulfur content, so this aspect also needs to be taken into consideration
Go to the low-pressure vent tank, then send it to the sludge oil recovery system, and finally to the crude oil tank.
What you’re referring to is the liquid in the dehydrogenation tank at the bottom of the low-boiling-point gas (dry gas) desulfurization tower; in our plant, this liquid goes directly together with the cold low-boiling-point liquid into the stripping tower as feed for distillation
