As the title suggests, the normal temperature at low load is 40 degrees. The coalescer contains little oil and mostly water; it needs to be drained several times a day. Please help solve this issue
Are there any abnormalities in the level and fluid level? Take a sample after the cold high-pressure valve to see if there is much water present Is the liquid level set too high? Try lowering it to 45-50 and see. At this temperature and pressure, there shouldn’t be this much water. Is the circulation air volume larger than before?
The temperature and pressure are low, and the levels of the liquid in the system are normal. What’s strange is that most of it is water, with very little oil. We tried reducing the amount of circulating hydrogen before, but the problem of water contamination persisted; however, the hydrogen-to-oil ratio was much higher than the designed value. It’s odd that there’s no oil present, only water
After the low-pressure section is the circulating hydrogen coalescer; there is no heat exchanger
Was the water sample that was removed analyzed? Is there a desulfurization process later on? Analyze the water sample to take a look.
No analysis has been done yet; the next step is the circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower
Have the water injection lines and steam lines from the previous process stages been checked?
The inside of the cold low-temperature section should be checked
You can try lowering the temperature a bit; it’s normal for some water vapor to be carried away before it can be separated due to the high circulation rate.
