The process pipelines of the hydrogen compression unit pass through the color-coated steel panels in the compressor room; what protective measures should be taken to prevent the pipelines from rubbing against these panels, which could cause wear on the pipelines and generate ignition sources?
Usually, wall pipes are required, while color steel sheets offer more flexibility – the goal is simply to give it a better appearance.
It’s best to provide some protection outside the pipeline. Leave a larger amount of space for holes in the color steel sheet, to accommodate pipeline vibration and stress
