I would like to ask: the feedstock for the diesel hydrogenation unit is a mixture of diesel and coker diesel. What could be the reasons why the quality of the refined diesel produced by this unit does not reach 95 points? Is it possible to improve the quality of the refined diesel to 965 points through operational adjustments?
The device should come with corresponding operating procedures or guidelines; relevant control points and methods should be recommended there. It is advised to take a look at those first.
The distillate is too heavy; it may contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Diesel hydrogenation units do not have cracking functions, so you can only try increasing the hydrogen pressure, though the effect might not be good. It is best to monitor the feed – what goes in to the refining unit and what comes out. Generally, the output will have the same composition as the input. You can set the value for the raw material at 95 and see if that’s high or not; if it was qualified before, it’s possible that impurities from previous recombination in your system have been removed
During large-scale blowing in coking, the 95-point value of coke chips can increase; samples can be taken to measure the 95-point values of pure coke chips and mixed coke chips. It’s almost impossible to control this 95-point value through refining, and increasing pressure also doesn’t help. Only the raw materials in the upstream workshop can be controlled.
Is mixed firewood charcoal-accelerated firewood and regular firewood? If so, check whether the components of the fuelwood are too heavy, and then examine the analysis data of the charred wood. Actually, the simplest approach is to use the two raw materials and reduce their respective amounts of incorporation, then check whether the result is satisfactory, in order to determine which raw material is the problem.
