Zhejiang Petrochemical’s 5 million tons per year residue hydrogenation plant uses UOP’s RCD Unionfining process package; Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd. was responsible for the preliminary overall design, basic design, and detailed design of the facility.
