Should I stay at home and continue to earn 4,000 as a team leader, or go to another province to work as an operator and earn 8,000?
Doubling the salary is something to consider; of course, you also need to take into account the local cost of living compared to the cost where you are now. You can’t say that going to Shanghai to earn 8,000 as an operator will necessarily be more comfortable than earning 4,000 in a small county town. Being a leader isn’t always easy either; there’s a lot of pressure, especially for junior managers in places where production is carried out in a chaotic manner. If there’s not enough pressure, problems can occur, so sometimes it’s easier to be an operator.
Considering the company’s potential for growth, I personally advise that staying at home with one’s wife and children is a life test whose consequences cannot be compensated for in money.
Don’t worry too much about the current treatment; consider the future prospects and potential for advancement before making a decision
