Drying of the reaction system has been completed. All the equipment and supplies required for catalyst loading are ready. Various types of catalysts and ceramic balls have been delivered to the site as specified. Marking work on the reactor has been finished, and the internal components of the reactor have been installed; the work involving removing components to facilitate catalyst loading has also been completed. Instrument air is introduced into the reactor via hoses (it is important to ensure that instrument air does not pass through the catalyst bed during catalyst loading). Isolation of the reactor from other systems has been completed. A dedicated person enters the reactor to conduct inspections, checking whether the distribution panel and cold hydrogen tank are installed properly, whether the cold hydrogen tank is clean, whether there are any blockages in the outlet collectors, whether the screws are securely fastened, and whether the stainless steel mesh is intact. The emergency cold hydrogen nozzles must be unobstructed, and the air flow must be evenly distributed. Sampling inside the reactor to check that the oxygen content is at least 20% is required before work can proceed inside the reactor. Whenever work is suspended for more than 24 hours before resuming, sampling and analysis must be carried out again; work can only continue once the results are satisfactory. Effective measures must be taken to protect the sealing surfaces of the top of the reactor and other flanges that have been removed, by applying grease to these surfaces and covering them with temporary lids. Thorough cleaning of the interior of the reactor is necessary, along with careful inspection of the internal component grids, distribution panel, cold hydrogen tank, outlet collectors, and discharge pipes. Set up temporary rain shelters at the catalyst loading site and on top of the reactor to protect against rain.
