Parking procedure: - Reduce the feed flow rate to the converter, and gradually cool the converter to room temperature. - Turn off the pretreatment equipment and release all system pressures to atmospheric pressure. - After the converter has cooled down completely, close all gas line valves. 3. Heating operation: – During the cold start of the system, it is necessary to gradually increase the temperature of the conversion furnace; intermittent heating is generally used to keep the temperature within safe limits. 4. Cooling procedure: – When the system is shut down, it is necessary to gradually cool the conversion furnace in order to prevent damage to the equipment caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
