Environmental regulations are becoming increasingly strict; direct discharge of steam at the site during purging is no longer allowed, so sealed purging is required. Generally, it is blown into the tower; after being cooled by air and water at the top of the tower, it condenses into oily wastewater in the reflux tank, which is then discharged into an underground oil waste tank ； For those without towers, a sealed purging of the flare system must be carried out first; only after sampling and analysis show satisfactory results can the gas be discharged directly on-site.
