After each adjustment of the oiling amount by the oiler, it remains stable for two to three hours before the oiling amount starts to increase on its own. Are there any good solutions, or what kind of new oil injectors can last for a long time?
After adjusting the oil filler of a reciprocating compressor, the oil level increases on its own within 2–3 hours. The main causes are usually failure of the one-way seal, creep of the adjustment mechanism, or changes in viscosity due to oil quality/temperature. It is advisable to first inspect and repair the check/pleather seal as well as replace the adjustment components; upgrading to an intelligent common rail system can ensure long-term stability.
