It is generally controlled based on the ratio system. The air distribution ratio is derived from the amount of sour gas and the amount of air. As for the main air volume and fine-tuning air volume, generally the main air volume accounts for 2/3 of the total air volume, while the fine-tuning air accounts for about 1/3. The main air volume increases or decreases with the acid gas volume, and the fine-tuning air volume increases or decreases with the ratio meter!
In the early stage of construction, due to low processing capacity, the proportion of secondary air must be increased to give full play to the role of secondary air.
