The exit temperature of the sulfur production furnace is too high

The exit temperature at the cold end of our sulfur production furnace is currently on the high side. It is a pipeline that leads back to the high-temperature mixing valve; when the volume of acidic gas is high, the exit temperature can exceed 250°C. As the valve opening is reduced, this situation has a serious impact on the long-term operation of the plant. Is there any good solution to this problem?
Is the sulfur discharge smooth? It is recommended to reduce the backpressure in the steam system’s main pipeline by 0.4
