Apart from adjusting the operational parameters, what other effective strategies are there to meet environmental regulations? I would appreciate any advice!
Don’t cheat; it’s not worth the risk. There are processes that can consistently meet the standards. The current SCOT process is inherently unstable, and it fails to meet the required standards during startup and shutdown
Control the sulfur production ratio properly, and regenerate the solvent
It seems that finding the root cause and then addressing it is the right approach
