Pressure fluctuations in the reboiler condensate tank

Recently, the solvent regeneration load has increased (within the designed range), causing the pressure in the reboiler’s condensate tank to fluctuate regularly. This, in turn, leads to fluctuations in the steam flow rate from the reboiler (while the pressure in the steam pipeline remains stable). The greater the opening of the vapor equilibrium line, the more severe the fluctuations in the condensate tank pressure become. Have any of you seafarers encountered this phenomenon?

First, switch to on-site discharge; once the liquid level stabilizes, try integrating it with the condensate recovery system, and check whether there are any issues with the liquid control valve
Are the condensate pumps started in sequence, or is the condensate sent directly through air cooling using exhaust air? Is the level in the condensate tank full? Are there also fluctuations in the pressure in the pipeline system for transporting the condensate? These factors have a significant impact
