Why is sulfur dark red in color?

This post was last edited by liaifeng on 2018-9-2 at 15:20. I saw on the internet that sulfur from other places is bright yellow, like gold, but the sulfur here is dark red. Why is that? Help needed
At room temperature? Dark red is likely due to insufficient purity.
Analyze the various indicators in dark red and compare them with the corresponding quality standards; it seems that the concentration of iron ions (Fe3+) is on the high side
