The process we use here is wet flue gas desulfurization with PDS, and the sulfur melting process involves batch-type sulfur melting tanks. The impurities mainly include organic substances, sodium carbonate, dust, etc., with a purity of over 94%. After treatment, is it possible to achieve a purity of over 99.5%?
After sulfur is crushed, it is mixed with water; when the temperature reaches 120 degrees, water is added to the dissolution tank to extract impurities.

Organic substances can be removed by high-temperature evaporation; it is estimated that heating to 130 degrees should suffice for this purpose. Filter at this temperature to remove sediment, silt, and other impurities. My humble opinion.
