Which enterprises have sulfur recovery units?
Processes such as refining, coal-to-oil conversion, and fine chemicals that involve sulfur generally have sulfur treatment units
I would like to add that natural gas also requires sulfur recovery units, and these units in natural gas purification plants are quite large in scale. For example, the natural gas purification plant at the Puguang gas field is equipped with 12 such units, each with a capacity of 200,000 tons per year, enabling an annual production of 2.4 million tons of sulfur!
With such strict environmental regulations these days, sulfur-containing substances must be treated. In industries such as refining, coal-to-oil conversion, and fine chemicals, sulfur recovery is essentially necessary; to be honest, sulfur recovery systems are really just backdoor solutions
