Should it be used when the amount of acidic gas is low, or when it is high? Or can it be used regardless of the amount? Points available!
It depends on which sulfur production process is used.
With the partial combustion method, all acidic gases should be introduced into the combustion furnace, and the hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide involved in the reaction are controlled solely through air supply regulation. ,
The ammonia burning unit has an inlet for intermediate acidic gases
This pipeline is primarily used to increase the temperature at the front of the sulfur production furnace during ammonia combustion, in order to maintain the appropriate ammonia combustion temperature.
