I would like to ask everyone: scaling tends to occur in pipes and tanks, in various forms. What kinds of scaling have you encountered? Are there any good governance solutions?
Pipelines and tanks are prone to scarring, mainly due to drops in temperature or prolonged accumulation of material; if you’re not bothered, remove the material once or clean them regularly.

Indeed, such devices exist; there are three methods in total: one is high-pressure water, the second is lasers, and the third is pretreatment. The first two both require maintenance time. The boiler scaling is much more severe than yours; it will take at least 8 hours using high-pressure water. Lasers are also fast, but their use is subject to certain limitations. Moreover, in both cases the core components are imported, which makes them relatively expensive, although they offer higher efficiency than manual methods. The third preprocessing method is the most economical approach. The approaches differ for pipes and tanks; this is actually a consideration specific to the metallurgical industry. For pipes, it is required that acid cleaning not be used, or that a special annealing process be applied after acid cleaning. It depends on the specific circumstances. Generally, in processing plants, protective atmosphere annealing is used only for tubes; if lasers are employed, it is not cost-effective to purchase equipment, so it’s better to rent it under a long-term contract. Thirdly, when the wind speed is appropriate, the problem of scaling can be completely resolved; however, if the process is not proper, it can only alleviate the issue rather than solving it fundamentally.
