As the title suggests, it’s a cooling unit for the measurement line; it uses circulating water for cooling and tends to develop scale. Is there a version that uses acidic water for cooling? Where does this water come from? Is it from the primary or secondary cooler in the acidic water purification process, and at the inlet or outlet? Where does it go after coming out of the survey line cooler? Is there a pressure drop after the acidic water main is led out? Is it easy to control?
In the heat exchange process for wastewater stripping with a side stream, considering the heat exchange process of the hot feed, the temperature of the purified water at the bottom of the tower is the highest; it corresponds to the last heat exchanger (E-105). Following that is heat exchange with the side stream (E-104), then heat exchange with the purified water in the second stage (E-103), and finally heat exchange with the vapor phase from the secondary condenser (E-102).
Master, it seems like you haven’t understood what I wrote. What I’m asking is whether the cooler located after the separation tank on the measurement line uses acidic water instead of circulating water; if so, which heat exchanger supplies the acidic water and which heat exchanger does it return to. You say this is a heat exchange scenario for hot feed – it’s completely unrelated.
From the outlet of the primary heat exchanger for purified water and feedwater to the side stream’s first cooler, the temperature of this side stream can be controlled using two control valves: one leads to the side stream cooler, while the other does not go there and is connected directly to the outlet
The primary cooler is cooled using feedwater, but it is often difficult to maintain a stable temperature in this cooler; fluctuations in the temperature of the feedwater entering the system also affect the temperature of the primary cooler
