If the hydrogenation reactor overheats, it can be determined that the airflow ahead is too high. Another point is whether the furnace temperature of 1150°C is accurate; it’s possible that the temperature at the measurement point is low while the actual temperature inside the furnace is higher. Here, the furnace temperature for ammonia combustion is also below 1100°C, and it has been in operation for 5 years now with no problems.
