Ours is also at the location where the equipment is installed; we all disassemble it for cleaning. The issue with heavy oil and coke powder is a problem of the upstream equipment! Impurities can settle within the storage tank, but the inlets of the acid water pumps are located at the bottom of the tank; therefore, it remains necessary to clean the filters at the pump inlets, and this can also lead to equipment damage due to vacuum conditions. There’s no need for that; the problems with the upstream equipment should be resolved by that equipment itself. After all, acidic water stripping isn’t capable of treating every type of water
