Hello, experts. I have a few questions regarding the production of ammonia water by ammonia extraction from the acid vapor stripping side stream: 1. What is the typical process used for ammonia water production? 2. Are there any requirements regarding the H2S content in ammonia solution? 3. Does the gas emitted from the top of the ammonia tank need to be treated? 4. Are there manufacturers that supply complete sets of equipment for ammonia production? 1. Single-tower stripping, with ammonia extraction from the middle section via one of three options. 2. After the ammonia is absorbed and returned to the tank, the temperature is 28°C; the maximum concentration of ammonia in the solution is 25%. When the temperature drops to 20°C, the concentration is around 23.8%, with a sulfide content of 100,000 mg/L. The gas phase of the circulation tank is combined with the gas phase line of the feed water tank.
