Source of organic amines in the acidic water of the stripping feedstock

As the title suggests, I would like to ask: what are the sources of organic amines in the acidic water used as feedstock in acid water stripping units?
There will be in the cutwater from the top reflux tank of the amine solution regeneration tower
It should be as mentioned above, going from the drain line of the reflux tank at the top of the regeneration tower to the acidic water tank
It is mainly caused by abnormal operation of the upstream equipment. It should not be detectable under normal circumstances.
