Boiler chemical dosing

To prevent the formation of hard-to-remove fouling, the boiler adds chemicals (sodium triphosphate + sodium hydroxide) to create soft calcium phosphate fouling, which is then removed. Should these chemicals be added all at once or in small amounts over time (with the total amount remaining the same)? Will different methods yield different results? Seeking advice

Chemical dosing is carried out in small amounts continuously, with the dosage adjusted based on water quality analysis.
The dosing is done in one go during boiler boiling; in normal production, dosing is carried out continuously. It is sufficient to ensure that the levels of phosphate ions and pH are within the specified ranges through sampling and analysis
