pH – 8.5; Calcium: 6000 mg/L; Magnesium: 7000 mg/L; Fluorides: 400 mg/L; Chlorides: 3500 mg/L. For wastewater containing these components, equipment should be designed such that the temperature does not exceed 100°C. It seems that Q235/TA2 composite sheets, Monel400 sheets or composite sheets, 2507 sheets or composite sheets can be used; in some cases, TA9 and TA8 materials are also employed. The main uncertainty at present is the extent of corrosion caused by 400 mg/L fluoride.
I also want to know if titanium can be used. Can someone downstairs answer?
Fluorine causes more severe corrosion of titanium and stainless steel than of carbon steel. I recommend using sintered PTFE

Are the fluorides here fluoride ions, or organic fluorides? I see that the calcium content in the data table is as high as 6 grams per liter; in principle, the fluoride ions shouldn’t be this high, right? Careful consideration is needed for the treatment of such wastewater and the selection of equipment. As a precaution, it is recommended to use pipes and equipment made of materials with linings or inner walls treated to resist corrosion by fluorochloride ions.
Is it evaporation concentration? It is recommended to use a graphite-based concentration device.
Graphite-based concentration devices are recommended; silicon carbide heat exchangers are also acceptable.
