Xinghuo Group’s project on new silicone polymers passed the completion assessment. On November 17, 2025, Xinghuo Group’s “Project on the development of new and efficient methods for producing silicone polymers” completed its final assessment; according to evaluations by third-party agencies, this project is innovative and its overall technology is at an internationally advanced level. To address industry challenges such as the limited variety of production techniques for basic silicone polymer products and low efficiency in manufacturing processes, Spark Group launched the \"New High-Efficiency Production Project for Silicone Polymers\" in 2021. By exploring new technologies, designing new processes, testing new equipment, and developing new products, the company aims to find alternative ways to polymerize silicone intermediate materials, thereby achieving more efficient product production and higher product quality. During the project implementation, the team achieved five key technological innovations: \"independent research and development as well as large-scale application of efficient catalyst systems,\" \"new raw material technology routes and their applications,\" \"development of continuous production process equipment and provision of process packages,\" \"flexible manufacturing of multiple product types using the same continuous facility,\" and \"expansion of products for high-end application areas and enhancement of their added value.\" A total of 4 invention patents were applied for (including 1 international patent). At the same time, the project has initially achieved the transformation from technical achievements to market value; since its implementation, sales revenue has exceeded 300 million yuan. The completion of this project marks Xinghuo Group’s mastery of the key core technologies for the industrialization of advanced polymers. The application of this technology will drive comprehensive improvements in polymer-related technologies, manufacturing processes, and product performance, foster coordinated development across the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and provide the essential key basic raw materials needed to support strategic emerging industries such as next-generation information technology, new energy, and high-end equipment.
