Public notice on the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment for the technical renovation project of Haisifo’s perfluoropolyether production line. On February 2, the Sanming Ecological Environment Bureau accepted and made public the environmental impact assessment documents related to the technical renovation project of the perfluoropolyether production line undertaken by Sanming Haisifo Chemical Co., Ltd. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Technical renovation project for perfluoropolyether production line ； Construction unit: Sanming Haishifu Chemical Co., Ltd ； Project investment: 750,000 yuan ； Construction location: Zone D, Industrial Cluster Area, Mingxi County, Sanming City ； Project nature: Technical renovation ； Project details: To meet market demands and facilitate product updates, it is planned to upgrade the existing perfluoropolyether production line in Workshop 8 of Plant 2. The original production capacity of 1,000 t/a for perfluoropolyether will be adjusted to 500 t/a for perfluoropolyether and 500 t/a for other products; no changes will be made to the other production lines. Proposed trial run date: It is planned to commence trial production in June 2026. Sanming Haishifu Chemical Co., Ltd.: Located in Mingxi County, Sanming City, Fujian Province, Sanming Haishifu Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in August 2007 with a registered capital of 15.1 million yuan. It is a subsidiary of Xinzhoubang Holdings and is a private technology enterprise dedicated to the research, development, and production of fluorine-containing fine chemicals. The company mainly engages in the production and sales of perfluoroepichlorohydrin and various downstream products.
