Public announcement on the approval application for the renovation and upgrading project of Dongyangguang’s VDF plant! 2025-04-21 15:06:23 On April 18, the Shaoguan Ecology and Environment Bureau intended to issue its approval decision regarding the environmental impact assessment report for the renovation and upgrading project of the VDF production facility at Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluorine Resins Co., Ltd., and to make this decision public. Project Name: Renyuan Dongguangyang Fluororesin Co., Ltd. VDF Plant Upgrade Project ； Construction location: Within the plot of Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd. in the New Materials Industrial Park, Ruyuan Economic Development Zone, Guangdong ； Construction unit: Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd ； Nature of construction: technical renovation ； Project investment: 15 million yuan ； Construction period: The construction period is approximately 24 months, with an expected commissioning date in May 2027 ； Construction contents: (1) Revamping and optimizing the VDF production process in the 5,000 tons/year PVDF production line that is already in operation; upgrading the facility to increase its production capacity from 5,500 tons/year of VDF to 15,000 tons/year of VDF. This is intended to support the expansion of PVDF production in the next phase. The capacity for producing the intermediate product VDF remains unchanged; it will all be used as raw material for PVDF production and not sold externally ； (2) Two new post-treatment spraying lines will be installed in the PVDF product warehouse of the 5,000 tons/year PVDF production line of the project that has been put into operation; these spraying lines have a capacity of 1,504 tons/year of PVDF, and they do not increase the overall PVDF production capacity of the plant.
