The project at Hubei Xunseng Semiconductor Materials Company to produce 40 tons of disilane per year is expected to come online in 2026. The first phase of this project, located in the Yidu Chemical Park (Phase 1), is currently under active construction, with the progress of the project advancing steadily; it is anticipated that it will be completed and put into operation by July 2026. On September 9, over a hundred construction workers at the project site worked together in coordination, advancing tasks such as structural construction and concrete pouring simultaneously. To date, the pile foundation work for all buildings has been fully completed. Hubei Xunsong Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest a total of 3 billion yuan to build a production base for semiconductor silane-based gas materials in two phases. Once the project is fully operational, it will be able to produce 120 tons of disilane and 10,000 tons of silane per year. Of these, Phase 1 covers an area of 60 mu and is mainly used to build a production line with an annual output of 40 tons of disilane. Wu Jiaxiong, executive vice president of Hubei Xunseng Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., said, “Construction is expected to be completed by April next year, and the commissioning of the entire factory will be finished by June.
