Can asphalt and other storage tanks be in the same group?

Can asphalt storage tanks, alkaline solutions, acetic acid, etc. be placed in the same tank group?
No chemical reaction occurs after leakage; can the above three be placed together, separated by a dike?
With effective isolation measures in place, sufficient safety distance will not be a problem
There is definitely no problem with tanks in the same group, but alkali tanks and acetic acid tanks still need to be separated by a dike. Asphalt is a non-reactive and non-hazardous material; however, it does require heating steam or similar, so it’s fine to place it alongside alkali tanks as long as the appropriate spacing requirements are met.
