With two flexibles per section, it’s easy to have a competition for flow rate; if the designed flow rate is too high, it becomes very dangerous, and any issues that arise are difficult to control
One-fifth two-hose connections can easily compete for volume. If the design flow rate is sufficient, it becomes difficult to control problems, which poses a hidden risk.
In such cases, dip pipes are usually installed on both sides, allowing the subsequent systems to share them; in fact, the investment increase is not significant

This method can be used for loading large quantities of the same product; several flexible hoses can be connected to a single main pipe, and pumps with variable frequency control are used to regulate pressure and flow, or PCs are employed to control backflow in order to maintain the desired flow and pressure in the main pipe. The batch controller uses centralized control.
