Who should be responsible for organizing the drawing review for construction projects?
Theoretically, the drawing review should be organized by the project owner or the general contractor, while the design briefing should be organized by the designer or the general contractor. In practice, however, in most cases it is the construction unit that conducts its own review of the drawings and then sends them to the designer for feedback, thereby completing the drawing review process.
