After 11 years in this industry, I consider my compensation to be average; my salary, bonuses, and various benefits amount to nearly 170,000 before taxes. As a middle-level manager, I don’t face much stress.

An annual income of 170,000 seems quite good, but it depends on the cost of living in your area; it’s considered a decent amount in cities below the tier-1 level. In tier-1 cities, however, this income is rather average.
That makes sense; not much is left in a month.
