What would be the consequences if a company did not differentiate between rewards and punishments?
It’s the same everywhere there are people – there’s no fairness. Either you adapt, or if you have the ability, you leave
Execution capability will fall behind, and over time those people will become experienced veterans; eventually, problems will arise in the company’s production process.
