SH3009 stipulates that combustible gases with an oxygen content of more than 2% (V) should not be discharged into the plant’s flare system; instead, a dedicated emission system must be installed or alternative treatment methods must be employed. I would like to ask everyone how you implement this rule?

In fact, during the project implementation, a lot of emissions with a concentration exceeding 2% are also sent to flares. However, a separate oxygen-containing flare is required, provided that the emissions themselves meet the requirements regarding their explosive limits.
What is an oxygen torch, then?
