According to Sinochem New Network, on January 15, the Phase II project of the High-Quality Productivity Development Base in the Electronic Chemicals and New Materials Industrial Park of Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone was completed. With this, phases one and two of the project are now fully connected, bringing the total construction area to 53,000 square meters. High-standard Class A and Class C factories, warehouses, as well as R&D supporting facilities are all in place, marking another upgrade in the electronic chemicals industry ecosystem in Zhuhai Economic Development Zone. It is understood that the new quality productivity cultivation base project is leased directly by the district-owned state-owned enterprises, which adopts a leasing model of \"one factory paired with one warehouse.\" This enables companies to establish operations quickly and efficiently, allowing them to start working right away with minimal hassle. Next, Zhuhai Economic Development Zone will continue to refine its industrial ecosystem plan, aiming to expand the project for cultivating new forms of productive capacity (Phase 3) and turn it into a public pilot testing base in the development zone.
