Preparing bleaching solution with chlorine gas

Does anyone have any information on the preparation of chlorine-based bleaching solutions? I’m not picky about the quality or level of detail.
Chlorine is introduced into the packed tower of the weak-alkali cycle – is more information needed? Equipment: 1 circulating alkali tank, 1 finished alkali tank, 1 packed tower, 1 fan, pipes made of PVC and FRP, 1 circulating alkali pump, 1 finished product pump – is that enough?
