What is the price of quick cable-release devices (domestic-made) for docks?

Our company is planning to install 4 quick-release mooring devices for docks, but I couldn’t find the prices. What is the approximate cost of domestic quick-release mooring devices? If it is a 7,000-ton oil tanker, how many cable-breaking hook devices are needed? Thank you
