As the title suggests, I’m curious about how exhaust gases are generally handled in various factories Environmental regulations are becoming increasingly strict; what used to be released into the atmosphere now must be absorbed and treated before it can be discharged.
It is generally achieved through water absorption or multi-stage condensation, along with activated carbon adsorption.
The exhaust gas is first condensed or recycled, then the organic substances are incinerated and washed; other components are absorbed using an appropriate absorbent, and the mixture is released only after it meets the required standards.
They are all very valuable experiences. At the moment, we plan to use the absorption method directly, as the amount of exhaust gas is not large
Based on the properties of the exhaust gases, acidity is neutralized using an alkaline solution
