N2 displacement procedure: Fill the spherical tank with N2 to a pressure of 0.3 MPa; then open the vent valve on the top of the tank fully and vent until the pressure drops to 0.02 MPa–0.04 MPa. Repeat this process once. Contact the laboratory for sampling and analysis to confirm that the oxygen content is less than 0.2%. (The nitrogen dew point inside the ethylene sphere tank is reduced to below -50°C.) (If it does not meet the requirements, repeat the aforementioned replacement process.)
