Could some expert help me understand the definition, scope, and classification of process technology documents in chemical production? It’s so complicated :( I’m currently working on formulating regulations for process technology documents as well as those for the document storage area, and I’m completely lost. Does anyone have any templates that I could use as a reference? Thank you:handshake

Refer to http://www.docin.com/p-330923637.html; there is no specific template available. Generally, work is carried out while relevant information is collected and organized, with completed tasks being archived promptly. Based on our experience, the documents include: basic design files, detailed design files, supplier management records, drawing materials (process PID/PFDs, equipment and piping diagrams, HVAC-related drawings, architectural plans, analysis reports, instrument and layout diagrams, underground pipe diagrams, boundary maps, road plans), interlock management documents, process manuals, material balance data, information on waste emissions, details on raw materials and auxiliary materials, information on various chemicals used in the process, analysis and testing manuals, management systems, operational procedures, plans and protocols, materials for disaster prevention, training manuals, documents related to startup and shutdown procedures, technical weekly and monthly reports, information on technological upgrades, question banks, reports, logs, weekly and monthly summaries, as well as various other record-keeping tables.

General process technology documentation (process package) includes: 1. Plant layout plan; 2. Unit process diagrams (equipment layout diagrams, process flow diagrams, piping layout diagrams); 3. Civil engineering drawings. 4. External pipeline diagram of the plant area. 5. Water supply drawings 6. Electrical construction drawings 7. Instrumentation drawings 8. Fire protection drawings 9. As-built drawings 10. As-built documents 11. Acceptance report.
