Do the pipes inside the refrigeration unit fall under the category of pressure pipes?

I would like to ask the experts: Should the internal pipes of refrigeration compressor units be regulated as pressure pipes?
Pressure pipelines are defined as pipelines with a maximum operating pressure of 0.1 MPa or more, and a nominal diameter of 50 mm or more. Except for pipes that transport non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-corrosive gases, with a nominal diameter of less than 150 mm and a working pressure of less than 1.6 MPa.
However, at present, the domestic refrigeration industry does not treat the pipes inside refrigeration units as pressure pipes, and the pipeline regulations also do not cover the pipes of refrigeration units
