If it is found that the safety technical specifications and standard requirements of special equipment are not met, the user shall be required to make rectifications. When the inspection results are abnormal or deviate from the design parameters and it is difficult to judge the operating efficiency of the equipment, an inspection and testing agency engaged in energy efficiency testing of high-energy-consuming special equipment should conduct energy efficiency testing to accurately evaluate its energy efficiency status. The energy efficiency status must be checked simultaneously during periodic inspections. If the standards are not met, rectification or energy efficiency testing is required. 3. TSG 91-2021 "Technical Regulations for Boiler Energy Saving and Environmental Protection" 1.2 Scope of application. The production (including design, manufacturing, installation, modification and repair), sales, import, use, inspection and testing of boilers and their systems shall comply with the energy conservation requirements of this regulation. 2. Energy efficiency testing regulations for each link 1.
