Are there any avenues for appeal for various review meetings? In response to the unreasonable demands of some novice experts

Yesterday I attended a completion inspection meeting; the experts brought in by the safety supervision agency were absolutely incompetent – they couldn’t even solve basic calculations related to the cross-sectional area of pipes. That’s not the worst part, though; what’s really problematic is that they suggested some solutions that would cost the owners a lot of money, yet those solutions actually complied with regulatory requirements. It’s just that these experts didn’t understand them, and there’s no way to argue with them. I was wondering if there’s any way to file a complaint? We can’t just take whatever those experts say at face value

It doesn’t matter to just fill a role without really doing anything; experts are like watchdogs – it’s fine for them to bark, but they shouldn’t bite. And even if they do decide to bite, they need to be sure that the other party is indeed a thief
The key is to maintain more communication and dialogue during the review process; once review opinions are formed, it becomes difficult to overturn them.
We can’t be so hostile; the vast majority of experts are seasoned professionals in their fields, not people who are just filling seats.
