Product workshop management

Recently, as per the company’s arrangements, I am required to take on the role of workshop supervisor in the product manufacturing workshop. I have no prior experience in managing such workshops. At present, there is a high turnover of staff in this workshop, and there are issues related to product quality, staff management, as well as material and energy consumption. Do any of you have any good suggestions?
To determine what products to produce, one must first organize the leadership team, stabilize the workforce, and build strong work teams; only then can action be taken. This involves breaking down plans and targets, assigning responsibilities to individuals, ensuring control over raw material quality, and conducting detailed analyses of various production processes, among other things.
