The use and maintenance of the fuel pump in fuel tank trucks must be carried out strictly in accordance with its operation and maintenance instructions! 3. Before carrying out refueling operations, it is necessary to insert lightning rods into the moist soil; the grounding straps on the fuel tank truck must also be connected to ground. Good electrostatic discharge performance must be maintained throughout the operation! 4. The safety valves and filter screens of oil tank trucks should be regularly inspected and cleaned! 5. Oil tanks and pipeline systems should be cleaned regularly. Tank trucks undergo regular inspections to ensure that all connections in the piping system are properly fitted and securely sealed! 6: Tank trucks should be equipped with static electricity dissipation strips in accordance with relevant standards. When static electricity comes into contact with highly concentrated flammable gases remaining inside the vehicle and an explosion occurs, these static electricity dissipation strips can effectively eliminate the hazards posed by static electricity in areas where there is frequent friction, such as on the vehicle body, thereby protecting people from harm. Installation method: Simply install it on the metal part of the chassis! After some time, once the lowest part is worn out, the rubber strip at the top can be lowered a bit! Users who meet the requirements can install static grounding alarms for fuel tank trucks. It is strictly prohibited to fill the fuel tank truck under high-voltage power lines. Firing from a suspended position should not be used frequently. Sometimes, carbon buildup can form on car spark plugs. When the carbon buildup in a particular cylinder is severe, that cylinder cannot function properly. To enable that cylinder to work again, the method of \"boosting the spark\" outside the cylinder is used (by leaving a gap of 3 to 4 millimeters between the spark plug and the high-voltage wire), thereby increasing the energy of the spark generated by the spark plug electrode and allowing the cylinder to resume operation. However, with the ordinary method of boosting the spark, it can easily come loose if not handled carefully. If there is gasoline dripping on the cylinder block, a fire can easily break out. Therefore, it is only a temporary remedy. The proper approach is to clean and maintain the spark plugs promptly, and to avoid using the \"jump start\" method as much as possible. Preparatory work before using the oil tanker: 1. Insert the conductive rod into the ground to ensure it is \"grounded.\" If the grounding area is dry, water it to make it moist, so as to ensure proper grounding. Check the ground chain to ensure it is in contact with the ground. 2. Open the door of the oil vehicle control panel and check that the handles of all valves are in the closed position (vertical position). 3. When using the oil pump for the first time and there is no oil inside the pump, it should be filled with oil in advance; 10 liters of oil can be added through the oil inlet. 4. Check the oil level in the gearbox; it should be at the bottom edge of the oil level plug hole. Add gear oil if the level is too low. 5. Check the gearbox control lever to ensure it is in the neutral position; check the transfer case control handle to ensure it is in a horizontally rightward position; check the throttle controller to ensure it is set at the minimum level. The maintenance of tank trucks: Some people think that maintaining a tank truck simply means changing the engine oil, but this is a one-sided view and incorrect. The maintenance of tank trucks is a broad concept that includes the replacement and cleaning of fluids and filters in various engine systems (such as engine oil, gear oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid, battery acid, engine filters, air filters, air conditioning filters, etc.). It also involves the replacement and maintenance of vulnerable components in these vehicles, such as belts, batteries, brake pads, ball joints, clutch plates, shock absorbers, etc. Additionally, it encompasses the beautification of tank trucks, including car washing, exterior paint care, and interior trim care. Proper maintenance of oil tank trucks can maintain their performance and extend their service life. If a tank truck that has been used to transport gasoline is later modified for diesel use without being cleaned first, it is essential to be careful; operations should not be carried out according to diesel standards, but rather in accordance with the procedures specified for filling with gasoline. Since the hazards associated with the gasoline components in tank cars are similar to those of regular gasoline, it cannot be taken lightly. Measures such as static grounding and oil vapor recovery must still be implemented in their entirety. It should also be noted that the operation of oil and vapor recovery facilities can introduce gasoline vapors from tank trucks into the diesel tanks, increasing the risks associated with those diesel tanks.
